Bhd. is registered with and licensed by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs under the Direct Selling Act 1993 (Regulation 4), to carry out the business of a single tier direct selling in Malaysia. SATINNI Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is among the earliest company in Malaysia to be granted this license.
In 15 April 2006, SATINNI Corporation Sdn. Bhd. has shifted into its new head office with a built up area of 36,335 square feet located at Lot 4755 (PT 4160) & Lot 4764 (PT 4169), Jalan TTC 28, Taman Teknologi Cheng, 75250 Mukim Cheng, Melaka.
